We are so excited to share this beautiful Duke Mansion bridal session on our blog! We met Lauren through one of our previous brides, Lexi, from her wedding at the Ivy Place. Lauren along with her fiancé John, were planning their Mint Museum wedding when we first started chatting. While we were waiting for the big day to arrive, we started planning out Lauren’s bridal session. She knew she was interested in a space with a garden like feel. After going through a few venues, we talked about Duke Mansion and knew it was exactly what she was looking for.
Duke Mansion is such a beautiful historical venue in Charlotte. It has the most beautiful garden space in the back that is the perfect backdrop for photos. We met at the mansion and Lauren already had her hair and make-up looking perfect! She had the most beautiful Meagan Kelly Designs dress that fit her perfectly.
We started on the second floor patio before moving downstairs. We then went to the gardens and finished up in the black and white tile room. Duke Mansion has so many beautiful places and so much variety.
We loved getting to do this Duke Mansion bridal session with Lauren and can’t wait to share her wedding day!!
