Sunrise Maternity Session at the Sebastian Inlet in Sebastian, Florida

I met Stephanie back in high school in Sebastian, Florida and ended up at the same college in Jacksonville, Florida. We decided to room together our freshman year of college, which was when I got to know this wonderful person even better! Since then, she is expecting her first beautiful baby with her husband Jonson!!

Normally we are Charlotte maternity photographers, but when your friends are visiting your hometown at the same time as you, you jump at the chance to photograph them. Vero Beach is along the East Coast of Florida. One thing about our hometown is the beaches are absolutely gorgeous!! We found a beach at the Sebastian Inlet State Park that was the perfect setting for this maternity session. Plus you know we are going to take any chance we get to photograph at the beach, since Charlotte is lacking in the beach department. Somehow, Corey and I convinced them to get up at sunrise so we could capture the sunrise and get that gorgeous golden hour light in the background of all of their photos!!

First of all Stephanie is one of the cutest pregnant girls you have ever seen. Secondly, these two are even cuter together. They have so much fun together and constantly make each other laugh. We had an absolute blast getting to shoot them. The sun peeked through and gave us the most beautiful light. The beach was completely empty since it was so early. It was absolutely perfect, we couldn’t have asked for it to be any better!!

Since spending time with them in Florida, Stephanie gave birth to the most beautiful little girl, named Mila. Mila, you are so lucky to have Stephanie and Jonson as your parents! You will be forever surrounded by a lot of love and laughter.
