These two are seriously so cute and their Lake Norman engagement session is the cutest! We are so excited to have them join the AFP family!! From the moment we spoke to Jillian on the phone, we knew she would be so amazing to work with. She has such a fun nature, which made us even more excited to meet her fiancé Carlo.
Being on the water was an important thing to these two. A Lake Norman engagement session was the perfect place for them. Jetton Park was the perfect back drop for the start of their session. We started our session in the trails where it was a little overcast from the rain earlier in the day. We got to have their new dog, Duke, join us for the beginning of the session which you know makes me so happy!!
Duke was so full of energy and it was so stinking cute!! He created such adorable moments between the three of them including him running and dragging them in the sand, which was so cute. After Duke left us, we got to get photos of just the two of them.
Jillian and Carlo are perfect together. They both have such fun loving personalities and it completely shows in their photos. These two kept each other laughing and had fun throughout the entire session. They danced and were down for anything! We went over to the beach side of the park and got some great photos of them with the lake in the backdrop.
They changed into their school shirts to get a few shots to show their Sacred Heart pride!! After that we went over to Blythe landing to get some shots on the dock. Right when we arrived the sun peeked through and gave us some beautiful light to end our session.
We cannot wait for their wedding this year!!
