We are so excited to share this wedding at Alexander Homestead on our blog! We have had the pleasure of working with Emily and Blake over the past two years. We first met them at their engagement session in Freedom Park and Uptown Charlotte. They were so much fun to get to know and we even got to get their pup Willow to join in on the fun.
Fast forward a year and the time had come for the big day! We met them both in separate locations where they were getting ready. Emily and all her girls were getting ready at an Airbnb near Uptown Charlotte and Blake was with all his guys getting ready in a hotel. After everyone got all ready, we all went to the venue! We got them in place for they first look in the garden area and it was so perfect. We captured some portraits of the two of them and then had the wedding party join in!
The time had come for them to say I do and they even had Willow walk down the aisle to be part of it! It was such a beautiful ceremony. We captured some more photos before heading into the reception to party the night away! It was the perfect end for this wedding at Alexander Homestead!
