Our first 2019 wedding is here!! This beautiful Gateway Convention Center wedding was perfect. Richburg is just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina. This wedding venue has most of the wedding day taking place inside which was awesome. The Charlotte area is having one of the rainiest winters and this weekend was no exception.
In the week leading up, the forecast was calling for rain. We knew for sure we would have our picture perfect umbrellas but we were knew majority of the portraits would need to take place inside instead of the original plan of outside.
The day arrived and we made our way to the venue! When we got there, we walked through the ceremony and reception space and it looked beautiful! Troyonna selected rose gold, white, and green details and it was perfect! We saw our groom Anthony first and he was all set to marry his bride.
Corey stayed in the ceremony to set-up lighting while I went to find our bride. She was putting on the finishing touches as soon as I walked in. Troyonna looked absolutely gorgeous. Her hair was complete with flowers and she wore a beautiful off the shoulder white, lace wedding gown.
Prior to the ceremony, we captured moments with Troyonna and her bridesmaids and Anthony with his groomsmen. In the moments leading up to the ceremony, we did a first look with Troyonna and her father. It was such a beautiful moment between the two of them.

We were all set to get them down the aisle to say “I do!” It was a ceremony full of emotion, tears, and laughter and we couldn’t have been more excited for them!

After the ceremony we were able to sneak outside for a few photos in between the rain, which made it even more perfect! We finished up their photos inside and got ready for the party to start! It was a perfect end to a beautiful day!
